Nook Sun Energy operates publicly accessible electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure in Wantagh, New York. Our mission is to provide reliable, convenient, and secure EV charging services for drivers in our community.

Drivers may initiate charging sessions directly at our stations, with pricing clearly displayed prior to payment. All transactions are securely processed through authorized payment providers.

We are committed to maintaining high operational standards and responsive customer support to ensure a seamless charging experience.

Charging sessions are billed at the rate displayed at the charging station at the time of use. Rates may vary by location and time of day. Any applicable idle fees are displayed prior to session initiation.

Refund Policy

If a charging session is interrupted due to equipment malfunction or billing error, customers may 

request a review within 48 hours of the transaction.

Refund requests must include:

Date and time of session
Charging location
Last four digits of payment card
Description of the issue

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are not issued for idle fees, user-terminated sessions, or vehicle incompatibility.

Terms of Service

By using our EV charging stations, you agree to the following:

Charging sessions are billed according to displayed pricing.
Users are responsible for ensuring vehicle compatibility.
Vehicles must be moved promptly after charging is complete.
Nook Sun Energy is not responsible for improper use or vehicle damage.
We reserve the right to suspend service in cases of misuse or tampering.
Use of our charging stations constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Privacy Policy

Nook Sun Energy collects only the information necessary to process payment transactions and respond to customer support inquiries. Payment processing is handled securely by authorized payment providers. We do not store full payment card details and do not sell customer information. Information may be shared only as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.
